Why do we suffer?
We get attached emotionally with situations
that constantly change.
that constantly change.
We do not realize they will change
(appearance, job situation, love etc)
(appearance, job situation, love etc)
we do not think about it
and when they do change,
and when they do change,
we feel disappointed, un-settled
we try to discover what has happened,
what went wrong, still will not find the answer
if we do not accept the simple single fact…
what went wrong, still will not find the answer
if we do not accept the simple single fact…
things change all the time, we change,
others change, everything changes.
others change, everything changes.
Acceptance
can avoid part of our common human suffering.
Yoga helps
immensely to reach this target.
Please tell me who wants to keep on suffering?
Accepting
you body and yourself is the first step,
however unless you are highly trained in meditation
this is a difficult and big step.
You could start though with observation of your body
and then
the thoughts observation will follow.
Through your yoga practice, slowly but
steadily,
you will find yourself getting detached from unconscious thinking,
distucting criticism, your comfort zone will expand,
you will see the change in
your body and mind…
you will realize that change is inevitable and beautiful and
beneficial,
you will stop resisting it
and that will save you so
much energy
you just cannot imagine…..
We consum our
energy every single day,
if we know how to use our “energy sources”
we will
have plenty of it for a life time.
Yoga contributes immensily to load our batteries…
Get YOGA in
your life
and you will not believe how beneficial it will turn up!!!!
